About Me

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Business Analytics at the University of Texas at Dallas, where I focus on using data to solve real business problems and support better decision-making.

My interest in data began during my bachelor’s, when I worked with a team on a healthcare research project. We built a system that allowed users to input symptoms and receive possible diagnoses along with recommendations for nearby doctors. While working with multiple datasets to analyze healthcare accessibility, I realized how powerful data can be in driving meaningful outcomes. This work eventually led to a research paper that was presented at an IEEE conference.

After graduating, I joined CDAC as a Business Analyst, where I collaborated with stakeholders to understand business requirements and used SQL and data analysis to identify process bottlenecks. This helped improve workflow efficiency and reduce processing delays.

Building on that experience, I pursued my Master’s in the United States and worked on several analytics-focused projects. Most recently, as a Data Analyst Intern at the Ronnia Langston Foundation, I focused on improving how operational data is collected and used. I built automated ETL pipelines using Python and SQL, helping streamline reporting and make data more accessible for decision-making.

Outside of my work and academics, I enjoy staying active and creative in different ways. I spend time exploring nature, photography, and editing, and I’m also focused on maintaining a consistent fitness routine. I enjoy watching sports, movies, and tech-related content, especially when it comes to understanding strategies and how things work behind the scenes. I’m always trying to improve, even in small ways, and I believe in getting a little better every day.

Built automated ETL pipelines and dashboards to improve donor data tracking and reporting efficiency.

At the Ronnia Langston Foundation, I improved how donor data was tracked across global programs by replacing manual reporting processes with automation. I built ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to clean, transform, and standardize data from multiple sources. The data was structured into reporting tables and connected to interactive dashboards. This reduced reporting latency, improved data accuracy, and helped leadership identify key gaps in donor retention and funding distribution.

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC)

Led data-driven analysis to identify workflow bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.

At the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), I analyzed large-scale operational data to understand why service requests were breaching SLA timelines. Using SQL on 50K+ records, I identified key bottlenecks such as approval delays and uneven workload distribution. I worked with stakeholders to redesign workflows, creating more efficient TO-BE processes. I also built Power BI dashboards to track KPIs like processing time and SLA compliance, helping reduce delays by around 15%.

Healthcare AI Research Project

Published in IEEE

Developed a machine learning-based healthcare prediction system, published in IEEE.

This project focused on improving healthcare accessibility by helping users identify possible illnesses and connect with the right doctors. We built a system that predicts diseases based on user-input symptoms using a machine learning model trained on symptom–disease data. The system mapped predictions to relevant specialists and enabled appointment booking. I worked on data analysis, pattern identification, and integrating the prediction model into the system. The project was later published in an IEEE conference.
